Cintz offers you a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your order, simply contact us within 30 days with the product in its original packing and we will replace it, credit your account or refund your money. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all opened items.
In case of damaged or lost merchandise, notation of damaged or lost packages must be made at time of delivery. Any shortage or damaged merchandise must be reported to our office within 2 business days of receipt. Please make sure that you call or email us for a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) and shipping directions. Normal wear and tear or misuse of product will not be considered for a refund.

Under no circumstances should equipment used for these aforementioned activities be altered, tampered with, or used when damaged. Such equipment should NEVER be used without direct adult supervision and only after examination for damage, wear, proper function and general stability, nor should it be employed for any activity other than that for which it was specifically intended. Such equipment should NEVER be set-up, or moved by children. Participants should always know or be made specifically aware of the risks involved in the activity they are participating in as well as their own physical limitations and that of the equipment being used.
